5 Reasons Why I Love Reading

Reading is not for many. You have no idea how many times I recommend more books to customers and their response is “I don’t really read.” Every time I hear this my heart aches. *sigh* Yeah… unfortunately, reading isn’t for everyone.

The 5 Best Books I Read in 2018

Happy New Year, friends!!!!

Today, I’m looking back at my 2018.

It wasn’t the best year for me if we’re being honest, BUT!!! even if I did have some mayor downfalls, I am very happy and proud of my achievements. One of them was the amount of books read this year. Top 5 Fantasy Books

Although I’m not new to reading, I am fairly new to the reading community. That’s why I gotta admit that since I was in high school, although reading was my favorite hobby, I took my studies way too seriously and only read a few books during the summers. The rest of the school year, I’d only focus on reading for my classes. It wasn’t until I graduated from college that I finally decided to dedicate my time to read more. Not because I HAD to, but because I wanted to. Hence, no more useless theory books!!! Woo-hoo!!! Anyways, due to my lack of fantasy books read,  maybe my picks are a bit of a cliché. Top 5 Characters I Want As A BFF

The idea of choosing five fictional characters as my friends was exciting and really made me ponder on all the books I’ve read so far. Some quick facts about me: I am shy, I hate confrontation, and I avoid conflict all together. I’m not big on picking fights or continuing them for that matter. Thankfully, my friends always look after me, and every day I learn from them about being a better and stronger woman. So considering this, I decided these five characters would be the ones I truly wish I could have by my side to guide me and make me better, stronger, and wiser.
